Step 2: Identify Your Change

At this point, you and I have had discussions about what you want to change. And now it’s time to take a serious look at the obstacles including the importance of getting clear and “owning” the commitment it takes to change your life.

You will now be surer of your original goal. Or you could have come up with several ideas that are candidates for your next chapter. I’ll be there to facilitate deeper conversations as we work together to find your personal road map.

I call it your Action Plan. We’ll be practicing thoughtful contemplation, listening to your gut and your soul.

Once you are committed and clear on the results you want, we’ll put together your Action Plan. It may need editing and change over time, but to have the first draft and move forward with it, is paramount to your success.

Every change in our lives starts by identifying what we want. We all know that we can think about what we want, whine about not getting it, and never get anywhere. And that’s why I think it’s important that we take time to discuss your behavior for success. When you can commit to the action plan and understand the importance of our conversation about acting on your action plan, your success is eminent.
